Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• Standard shipping fees apply to orders below 100€

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–5 business days

• EU countries: 4–8 business days

• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location.

UK orders may be subject to import duties, VAT and carrier fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs & Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us at contact@wynwoodjewelry.shop and include your order number.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Original packaging should be included whenever possible.

After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please do not send your order back without contacting us first.

Unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend returning all items with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method if the return is approved.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.
